Cancelation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please either call the salon at (608) 214-4337 or email us at the_loft@live.com. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-show is considered a warning. After the first last-minute cancellation or no-show, you will be required to leave a credit card on file and will be charged for 50% of the services missed.
