Service Description

The Loft Hair Salon treats each guest to a full consultation to be sure their needs are met. Having an understanding of what the guests want and a shared reality of what is possible is the key to having a successful outcome, resulting in fabulous hair.

Cancelation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please either call the salon at (608) 214-4337 or email us at the_loft@live.com. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-show is considered a warning. After the first last-minute cancellation or no-show, you will be required to leave a credit card on file and will be charged for 50% of the services missed.
